Generated on your machine, it never leaves it.

No email address, no password. Six devices per account.

The client is open source

The desktop client's source code is public. You can read it and build it yourself.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64 bit.
  • WireGuard for Windows, which the app drives.
  • Administrator rights, at install and on every connection. Creating a network interface requires them.

Installing

  1. Download the file, then compare its checksum with the one shown above.
  2. Run it. SmartScreen may warn until the binary is widely distributed.
  3. Open ValiraVPN, enter your account number, pick an exit country and connect.
